 Order Fulfillment

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days!

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing on Tuesday.
Each customer will be provided with a tracking number which updates generally within 1-3 days via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
 

If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via phone or email as soon as possible by one of our Studio ESR representatives.

 

 Pre-Order / Back-Order Items

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date.
Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their specified date, which can be found in the description.
If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse.
Orders containing a PRE-ORDER items will be shipped complete, other items in this order will be shipped together with the pre-order items at the same time.
We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
If you purchase an item that is currently on BACK-ORDER a sales team representative will contact you via phone or email to change to another item in stock or place it as a PRE-ORDER.

Package Safety & Liability

All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS,  FedEx or UPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your tracking and shipping provider to resolve any problems you might encounter.

Taxes & Duties

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
 

Currency Conversions

While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout.
The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.
